Naoružan gitaraom, mikrofonom, bubanjem , semplerima i klavijaturom, Arnold de Boer dolazi sa brzim tempom programiranih bubnjeva, zvučnim sintom, gitarom koja ide od jangly to strummy, zanimljivim vokalima, 8-bitnim elektronskim zvukovima eksplozija sa različitih mesta, a u isto vreme sa finesama poptune-a.
Zea je breakpop mono iz Amsterdama.
Live nastup Zea benda je brz i začaran, stavljajući rock and roll u elektroniku, i pritom sa glasnim akcentom na beat punk.
Zea iza sebe ima tri izdata albuma I nekoliko singlova. Posljednja dva albuma su objavljena, kao posledica sa Etiopske turneje, i to na kasetama! U 2009 objavljen je 7 " EP koji sadrži sedam pesama, pod nazivom “We Better Boil Soup of the Grown-Ups” , zatim u decembru 2009. izdat je "Super Cosmotics" drugi 7 " (oba za Makkum Records), a novi album je u izradi.
Za posljednjih sedam godina od kako postoje Zea je imala nastupe po skoro celom svetu, uključujući SAD, Rusiju, Kanadu, Veliku Britaniju, Belgiju, Francusku, Nemačku, Italiju, Sloveniju, Balkan, Skandinaviju, Ganu i već pomenutu Etiopiju.
